CULTURAL PEOPLE AND COMUNITIES

If community exists, both freedom and security may exist as well. The community then takes on a life of its own, as people become free enough to share and secure enough to get along. The sense of connectedness and formation of social networks comprise what has become known ,The same patterns are also evident in many other western countries. They are taking form in independent bookstores, coffeehouses, local pubs, and through new and innovative means to create the social capital needed to foster the sense and spirit of community.[8]
There are social capital in action can be seen in all sorts of groups, including neighbors keeping an eye on each other's homes.

Often, these services are most immediately relevant to people who live in close relationship with nature. Sacred sites, for instance, are probably humanity's oldest form of conservation, representing a voluntary choice by landowners to forego other uses in favor of the cultural benefits provided by their protection. But direct cultural services from nature are also important to people who live far from intact natural areas;

CULTURAL PERSPECTIVES

The polycentric perspective is one that views every country or culture as unique. This orientation operates with the motto of Think local, act local, where cultural differences become exaggerated and there are few if any opportunities for developing regional economies of scale. In his orientation, cultural differences are over emphasized. Orientation is the perspective, where the individual recognizes similarities and contrasts between and across cultures.
Furthermore, in almost every culture, sexual desires and basic instincts are recognized and restricted by laws. Specifically, there are rules prohibiting incest and outlines of inappropriate behavior in every society, whether or not they agree on the details. Some form of religion or beliefs system is established whenever people encounter questions about the nature of the world that they cannot explain with provable facts. The presence of communication and culture, however varied, is also a human universal.

 When people gather together in a society, they find ways to convey their thoughts and intentions with verbal and nonverbal symbols. With the development of a characteristic community, cultures develop with distinct language, art, religion, and social systems. These social systems often include hierarchies, by which people organize and rank the individuals or groups in their societies. These are basic universals, and can be found in nearly every human culture in the world.
